Not a problem. But ordering with an account is definitely convenient. It means you always have access to your order details (including the status of your order) and can request a return more easily. Your entire order history is saved. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one when you place your order.

Normally you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Still no email within 4 hours of placing your order? This could be for several reasons:

  • The confirmation has ended up in the “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.
  • Your email address was entered incorrectly. There’s nothing to worry about. The order will still be processed but you won’t receive any updates.
  • Your payment has not been immediately processed. This could be due to the payment method you have selected — processing could take one or more working days. The order will progress when we receive the payment. You will receive confirmation from us at this point.
  • The payment partner is experiencing delays in the payment process. In this case the confirmation will be sent as soon as your order has been confirmed.

Unfortunately, no. To protect your data, an order can no longer be modified. Were you wanting to order multiple products? If so, you can simply place a second order. No problem!

You can pay securely using your PayPal account. Select the “PayPal” payment option when completing your purchase. The next step will take you to the secure PayPal website. There, you can confirm your payment. Following confirmation, authorisation will be given to process your payment immediately. The amount will then be taken from your PayPal account.
